Eligibility for Refund:
We understand that student satisfaction is essential, and we aim to ensure that our courses meet your expectations. We generally do not offer refunds for our courses, but we recognize that there may be exceptional circumstances.
Live Sessions:
- If a student is not satisfied with the course after attending the trial classes for live sessions, they may request a refund within one month of course.
Reasons for Refund:
- Refunds will be provided if a student is not satisfied with the live classes within one month after completing the trial classes.
- We will provide a refund if you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the course materials effectively.
Process for Refund:
- To request a refund due to dissatisfaction after trial classes for live sessions or technical issues, please contact our customer support team at sincerequranicinstitute@gmail.com with your order details and, if applicable, a description of the technical issue encountered, including proof such as screenshots and videos.
- Refund requests must be made within one month of course after trial class dissatisfaction or within 48 hours of purchase for technical issues.
Note:
- Refunds are granted at our discretion and are subject to review. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our criteria for exceptional circumstances.
